Ordering Timeline

Each piece takes 20-25 business days because that's exactly what it deserves.

Day 1-5

Order confirmed. Diamond selection sent via Whatsapp to you to choose your diamond.

Day 5-10

3D CAD delivered. You review and approve or we make further changes.

Day 10-25

Your jewelry piece is in the process of being handcrafted. Updates will be provided throughout this stage.

Day 25

Your jewelry arrives. The wait becomes the story.

Customized Orders: Personalizations, engravings, or modifications take additional time. Please allow extra days and confirm with your designated consultant.

Multiple Items: Orders with several pieces may require more production time to ensure consistent quality across all items.

Ready-to-Ship Collection: Select items from our Better Basics or ready stock may ship faster (e.g., 2-3 days processing + standard shipping). Check product tags for "Ready to Ship."

Delays: In rare cases (e.g., high demand, material sourcing, or unforeseen issues), timelines may extend slightly. We'll notify you immediately via email and keep you updated every step.
