Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! At Mastaani Diamonds, we offer free express insured international shipping on orders over PKR 300,000. We also cover duties and taxes for most countries. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as they can't be changed once your order is confirmed.
Import Duties and Taxes
Most of our orders are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid - this means import duties & taxes are covered). However, there may be cases where you may have to pay local import taxes and duties, which Mastaani Diamonds does not cover, as some countries do not allow us to pay them as the sender.

At Mastaani Diamonds, we accept payments via bank deposit, debit card, and credit card. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. As every piece is handcrafted to order, a 30% advance payment is required before production begins for all COD orders, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. All available payment methods and bank account details can be found during checkout.
Can I return a product?

The fit of my ring is not quite right, can I resize it?
Absolutely! At Mastaani Diamonds, we offer One Free Resize for engagement and wedding rings to use within the first 12 months of your ring's completion (subject to eligible design style/metal type).
